University of Botswana

University of Botswana is one of the oldest universities in the country, it was established in 1964 and it is located in one of the largely populated town in the country. The university since its establishment has been committed to being one of the foremost universities in the country and in Africa at large. The university was established to train students who have the relevant skill sent to push national development in the country. The university being a public university is funded and manage by the government and not private individual. It is officially registered and accredited in Botawana. The University of Botswana has several core values that it holds dearly and its operations revolve among those values. The university has several campuses across the nation. University of Botswana has a large student body, the university has no religious affiliation and runs a per semester academic calendar. The university has an equally large staff base to meet the academic needs of the students. University of Botswana has a very good staff to student ratio. The university provides a unique learning experience for her students in her campuses and have a wide range of academic programs. University of Botswana is a full time four year university offering undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in sciences, social sciences, health sciences, technology management and arts courses. The university is a coeducational university with a very competitive admission process. We currently do not have sufficient information as to where the university admits international students. The university is also actively involved in research and has about seven faculties. The University of Botswana Tuition is relative to the academic program, and category of student ranging from about 37,000 pula to about 80,000 pula.
