Université de Koudougou

University of Koudougou, was founded I the year 2005 and is located in Koudougou in Burkina Faso, it is a public university and so is funded and managed by the government, it has since been approved by the national educational bodies. The university is committed to the dissemination of academic knowledge her students training goes beyond classroom knowledge and goes even deeper to their practical applications in science and technology, the university is committed to making her own input in different ways to the development of the nation in terms such as economy, availability of skilled man power in different fields of study. The university is also involved in various inter and intra university research activities, it is also involved in creating solutions to both national and international problems. University of Koudougou has about five faculties offering various academic programs, it is a full time -university that offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in fields within and beyond science and technology. The university has no religious affiliation, it has a large and diverse student population. It admits both local and international students irrespective of their cultural and religious background. Admission into this university is still very competitive as prospects from far and near are seeking admission into it, it is one of the nation's top universities. University of Koudougou has a well laid out campus facilities, it has a well-equipped library facility and labs, the environment is serene and very good for learning.
