Université des Montagnes

Université des Montagnes was established in the tear 2000, and it I located in western Cameroon. It is run and managed by private individuals but has recently been converted to a public university. The university of the mountains has a very small community of staff and students and runs on a per semester academic calendar, it is a coeducational university and it has no religious affiliation, the university admits local and international students from different part of the world. Its population is still very small so we can’t tag it has having a diverse student body. The university has a good staff to student ratio and this allows for good relationship between students and staff. The university is involves in research and development and tit is committed to training all her student sot be excellent in their fields of study. Students are exposed to practical scenarios of how textbook knowledge is used in real world problems. The university offers full time undergraduate’s degrees in sciences and social sciences, some of its schools include, school of health sciences, school of education, school of agriculture and environmental sciences amongst others. The University of the Mountains also offers postgraduate degrees in her various schools. Admission into this university is not competitive, tuition is affordable and the university facilities are god. Its environment is serene.
