Abia State Polytechnic

Abia State Polytechnic commonly called abiapoly is a state owned polytechnic located in Abia State south east Nigeria. It was established in 1992 and since then has worked towards being an institution of excellence in training her students in technology, industry, commerce and entrepreneurship. The college trains her students both in theory and gives them practical training.

The polytechnic has no religious affiliation and so welcomes students irrespective of their religious background, however in terms of student diversity, the student population is not so diverse. Abia State Polytechnic school fees is also lets than N100K and it has no accommodation facilities for her students so, students mostly live around campus. Abia State Polytechnic courses (ND/HND) cut accross feilds in, Science and Technology, Engineering, Arts, management and Social Science subjects.

Admission into this polytechnic is very competitive.
