Kogi State University

Kogi State University is state owned university that is managed by the state government of kogi state was founded in 199 since its inception the university has gained national and international recognitions among local and international institutions. The university is cheap and affordable like most state funded universities.

Kogi state university has no religious affiliation and the university admits students irrespective of their cultural background leading to a diverse student body. The university offers bachelors degree programs across Agriculture, science and social sciences, medicine, arts, education and law. The university has a relatively large student population and a decent student to staff ratio.

Admission into this university is quite competitive. Kogi State University school fees is less than one hundred thousand naira only, the university provides state of the art facilities and infrastructure. They provides their students with accommodation, though a number still live off campus.
