Midlands State University

Midlands State University is a public university located in the midland province of Zimbabwe, the university was established in the year 2000 and it is funded and managed by the nation's government. Midland state university is one of the nation's leading universities, arguably the best in the country as at the time of this writing, the university has high value for being culturally inclusive, innovative, research driven and being known as a citadel of learning and academic excellence. Midlands State University makes use of modern teaching approaches to ensure an optimal learning experience for her students, the university is involved in several research, which is ultimately to proffer solutions to her immediate environment and the world. Midlands State University has a very large and diverse student body. The university also has a large staff body to meet the student’s needs. There is a healthy student to staff ratio in the university. Midlands State University offers fulltime undergraduate and postgraduate facilities in her 10 faculties in fields cutting across science and technology/ social sciences., some of those faculties include that faculty of arts, faculty of commerce, faculty of social sciences etc. the university it is a coeducational university with no religious or socio-cultural affiliation, it runs a per semester academic calendar.
