Crop ScienceIt is a Four year bachelor's degree program and graduates of this course study different Crops, they learn about Planting seasons, Pest Management, Weed Management etc. Students learn different topics in Plant and Soil Science. They also learn how these plants can be used for different reasons e.g Fuel, Medicine etc. It is a Four year bachelor's degree program and graduates of this course have career opportunities as Crop Producers, Farmers etc.
To be Admitted into this course Aspirants are expected to take English Language, either Biology or Agricultural Science, Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics in the annual UTME examination, They are also expected to have a 5 credit pass in WAEC/NECO with subjects including Mathematics, English Language,either Geography or Economics or Physics, Chemistry and either Biology or Agricultural Science.
