Education and Biology

This courses teaches students the various aspects of biology and exposes them to different methods and approaches that can be used to teach Biology. As a science subject students also learn how to take others practical lessons in Biology. Individuals who intend on studying this course should be comfortable with biology from secondary school.
The course cuts across the various aspects of Biology like cells, ecosystem etc. Students also learn how to structure lesson notes. It is a Four year bachelor's degree program and graduates of this course could have career opportunities such as Biology teachers etc.

To be Admitted into this course Aspirants are expected to take English Language and any three relevant subjects in the annual UTME examination, They are also expected to have a 5 credit pass in WAEC/NECO with subjects including Mathematics, English Language, Three other relevant science subjects.
