Estate Management

Most people when they hear about this course what comes to mind is selling land but Estate Management goes beyond Selling Plots of Land across the country. Undergraduates learn how to manage, control and Monitor real estates. Yes selling land is one of the things graduates of this course go into, some become Estate Managers who manage several household estates for private owner(s). The estate manager performs numerous duties some of which are hiring and firing household caretakers etc.

To be Admitted into this course Aspirants are expected to take English Language, Physics, Mathematics, and Either of Biology, Chemistry and Agricultural Science in the annual UTME examination, They are also expected to have a 5 credit pass in WAEC/NECO with subjects including Mathematics, English Language, Economics and any two other science and Social subjects.
