History

This is a very important course because to the best of our Knowledge Nigerian History is not taught as a Subject Up Until SS3. This is very problematic as many Nigerians Have no idea of what has happened in the past and without this knowledge they won�t be able to understand some of the challenges we face as a nation and ultimately would not be able to proffer any Solutions.
Students learn about Nigerian History and other historical events in the world. In some Universities students also study international politics, international diplomacy etc.

To be Admitted into this course Aspirants are expected to take English Language and any two other social science subjects in the annual UTME examination, They are also expected to have a 5 credit pass in WAEC/NECO with subjects including Mathematics, English Language, Geography and any two of government.
