There is so much data and Information in the world today, a recent review showed that 92% of the world Data was created in the last 2 years, thus the need of professionals in Managing all these data and Information. This course provided this personnel by helping Students acquire skills needed in managing information. This is important because information is very important in organizations achieving their goals.
It is a Four year bachelor's degree program and graduates of this course have career opportunities as database managers etc.

To be Admitted into this course Aspirants are expected to take English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Either Chemistry or Biology or Economics in the annual UTME examination, They are also expected to have a 5 credit pass in WAEC/NECO with subjects including Mathematics, English Language, Physics and any two other science subjects.
