Islamic StudiesThis course exposes students to the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge and skills in Islam. Students learn about Different Practices and Culture in Islam, Like Islam Weddings etc. It makes use of several educational methods such as discussions and Teachings. It is a Four year bachelor's degree program and graduates of this course have career opportunities as Islam religion Teachers in Secondary Schools across the country.
To be Admitted into this course Aspirants are expected to take English Language, IRS and any two other arts or social science subjects in the annual UTME examination, They are also expected to have a 5 credit pass in WAEC/NECO with subjects including Mathematics, English Language, Islamic Religious Studies and any two other social science subjects.
