Mechanical Engineering
Undergraduates are exposed to different concepts and principles about different machines and mechanical systems, from 100 level they are tutored on how to design and interpret designs of these systems. Individuals interested in studying this course should take interest in Technical drawing from secondary school, they should also be comfortable with mathematics and physics as many concepts taught in those subjects would be useful during their course of study. It is a Five year bachelor's degree program and graduates of this course have career opportunities as Mechanical Engineers.
To be Admitted into this course Aspirants are expected to take English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics in the annual UTME examination, They are also expected to have a 5 credit pass in WAEC/NECO with subjects including Mathematics, English Language,Physics, Chemistry and One other Science Subject.
