Physics

Physics is a very broad topic with different branches such as Renewable energy, IT, Electronics etc. Undergraduates study how different concepts in physics like matter, motion, space time etc. can be applied to solve different problems. They learn about concepts like energy and force. Individuals that intend to study this course should prepare their minds for practicals in the course of their study.

They should also be comfortable with mathematics and physics from secondary school. This course is teaches students how to apply these knowledge in a particular technological or practical use. Graduates of this course have career opportunities as Physicists, Physics teachers etc.

To be Admitted into this course Aspirants are expected to take English Language, The subject of study and two relevant subjects in the annual UTME examination, They are also expected to have a 5 credit pass in WAEC/NECO with subjects including Mathematics, English Language, the subject of study and three relevant subjects.
