Water Resource & Enviromental Engineering
This five year bachelor's degree program provides Nigerian undergraduates with a solid Foundation in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering. The course teaches students about different water bodies in the environment and how these water bodies can be utilized for other purposes for example building dams and how they can be maintained. They are also taught about environmental pollution causes and strategies to maintain clean environments.
Individuals that hope to study this course should pay close attention to science subjects in secondary school like biology, chemistry, geography etc. Graduates of this course have career oppurtunities as Environmental Engineers.
To be Admitted into this course Aspirants are expected to take English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics in the annual UTME examination, They are also expected to have a 5 credit pass in WAEC/NECO with subjects including Mathematics, English Language,Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
