This course exposes students to the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge and skills in Yoruba. Students learn about Different Practices and Culture in Yoruba, Like Yoruba Weddings, Yoruba Child Naming ceremony etc. It makes use of several educational methods such as discussions and Teachings. It is a Four year bachelor's degree program and graduates of this course have career opportunities as Yoruba Teachers in Secondary Schools across the country.
To be Admitted into this course Aspirants are expected to take English Language, Yoruba and Any two other subjects in the annual UTME examination, They are also expected to have a 5 credit pass in WAEC/NECO with subjects including Mathematics, English Language,Yoruba and any two other sujects.
