Catholic University of America is one of the leading Christian private universities in the united states, it was established in the late 1880s and it is located in the district of Columbia.
The university is a research intensive institution and is located in one of the biggest cities in the state and the nation, this is pretty cool as students get to enjoy the feel of being
in a big city while also having the comfort of a small community in school.

The university is focused on the overall intellectual and spiritual development of her students by providing them with the best resources and environment for learning and also creating a condition where outside the classroom, they get to grow in their relationship with God.
It has a small or well slight below average population of about 6,000 students and it has a very large staff population considering the amount of students on campus, her community is diverse as it is a coeducation schools and it has students different backgrounds coming in, there are also international students. Outside the classroom organizations and clubs are also available along side sports, the university has about 24 teams.
