Georgetown College is an American university located in Kentucky, It is a private university affiliated with the Christian religion and founded in the late 1780s and it is on of the oldest and leading private universities in the state and in the nation, being around for a long time, the university has gained a lot of accomplishment over the years and a fair rankings, it comes in among the top 500 best universities in the nation by a lot of university ranking sites, it is also among the top most valuable universities in the state.

It is a leading institution the nation in a number of subject areas in the field of science and social science.
