Marshall University

Marshall University is located in west Virginia, it was founded in the year 1837 and it is one of the states best public universities, it is arguably the best public university in the state and it rank among the top 400 best universities in the nation, on times higher education it comes in as >800 in it’s ranking among other universities in the united states, it is an institution that is also ranked the 14th best university in the south by US news & World report so that is also quite impressive.

The university is located in hungithtion but also has a number of other campuses and different research centers, it was named after the 4th chief of justice of the united states. The university is a coeducation university with a student population of over 13, 000 students, and most of them are students at the undergraduate level, the community is diverse in a sense that it consists of international students, out of states students, and resident state students, the staff to student ratios is also quite fair and it goes for 1:19, also a a lot of the university faculty are actually on their Phd.

Marshall University offers about 100 programs spanning across the bachelors and the other graduate programs, there is also financial aid available with a larger portion of the student body subscribed to it, graduation rate is cool and so is the employment rate after school, students during their time in school are exposed to some of the best resources and experience they need to make meaning full career in their respective fields.

Besides the club and organizations that students engage in outside the classroom, there are a lot of other cool facilities on campus, one thing they really get excited about is the sports culture. Competition like swimming, soccer, volleyball etc take place and both male and female students are involved. Marshall University tuition alone ranges from $,5000 - $7,500 depending number of units, there a number of other expenses students will get into. It has a very good academic library and research center where a lot of reading and work is done with the ultimate objective of improving ourselves and society constantly.
