Southern Methodist University

Southern Methodist University is a Christian affiliated American based private university located in Texas, USA. It was established in 1991 and since then has become a top university in the nation, it ranks among the top 100 best universities in the nation and it also belongs to the top 1,100 overall best universities in the word by several university ranking bodes. It is an institution with a community of people who are going to change and make significant improvements in the world, they are students, academics, innovators, researcher etc.

Southern Methodist University has a medium sized student and staff population and it is a coeducational university that admits students from different cultures, and nations, so basically it’s safe to say that the community is culturally inclusive. The university encourage her students to be entrepreneurial and to be research focused, it has a relatively high research output in field cutting across health science and natural science.

There are a lot of funding opportunities available in the university research center and it encourages her students to be involved so the can make contributions to research and ultimately making the world a better place. The university campus is comfortable and serene, with facilities like dorms, dining facilities etc. it also has a good sports culture, some of her sports activities include football.
