Divine World University

Divine World University is a private university located in a small town called madang which is the capital of Papua New Guinea, the university since its establishment in 1980 has been committed to serve its immediate society and the world by providing a conducive atmosphere for research, learning, teaching amongst others. Her community is built on core Christian values and is also affiliated with the Christian catholic religions. It is a funded and managed by private individuals.

The university incorporates Christian values and morals in into her graduates alongside training and equipping them with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to make meaningful and lasting impact in the society. The university is a four year institution which has a relatively low student body which is however very diverse, she admits students from different parts of the world irrespective of their race and other socio-cultural backgrounds. Students from within and outside Papua New Guinea are welcomed into the institution. One of the universities objectives is to be and open institution.

The university also has a good staff student ratio, with not to many students allocated to a single staff there by allowing an optimal learning experiences. Divine world university offers Undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in different fields spanning across Health sciences, social science, Arts, business management amongst others. The university is divided into four faculties which are; the Faculty of Medicine and Health Science, Faculty of Education, Faculty of business and Informatics.

Divine World University provides several facilities in order to ensure her students have a great stay. Some of these facilities include a well-furnished library, good road network, sport and recreation facilities, electricity and power amongst others.
