Bucknell University is a privately funded and managed university established in the mid-1840s, the universities is located in Pennsylvania , United stated of America and it sis one of the leading private universities in the nation, Bucknell University ranks among the top 30% best universities in the united states by a number of university ranking bodes/sites. It is know for academic excellence by providing quality education to her immediate community i.e. her students and the world at large.

Bucknell University has a small community of students with a very good staff to student ratio of about 1:9 which is excellent for a university, the staff are well seasoned and trained professionals in their various fields with both academic and practical/industrial knowledge. They make use of unique learning approaches on their students to ensure they have the best learning per time and per topic /subject area so they get to understand core concepts well.

Bucknell University offers over 50 academic programs in fields cutting across science and social sciences in her various colleges, some of which are listed in the table below, the university is a coeducational institution with a very competitive admission selection process, it admits both local and international students from different parts of the world and it is not particularly affiliated to any religious group.

Bucknell University has some pretty good facilities, like accommodation facilities, good and well furnished library, sport facilities etc. the university has about 27 varsity sports which are split almost evenly between the men and the women. Please note that the university does offer postgraduate academic programs but as at the time of this writing is on a small scale, so the admissions selection process for that might be very competitive.

Bucknell University offers financial aid services other students, in fact a large number of the university students are in some form of financial aid program in the university as tuition ranges from $56,000 to $70,000, her graduate have a very high employment rate upon leaving school and they are readily the top staff in their various organizations and their various industries as a result of the training and exposure they had while they are in school. There are a number of stuff students can engage in outside the classrooms so the university is quite interesting.
