United Methodist University

United Methodist University is a private university and as the name implies it is affiliated with the Christian religion, the university was established in the late 1990s and being private is funded and managed by individuals and not the government. It is located in western Liberia in one of the country’s largest cities called Monrovia along with all the other Liberian universities. The united Methodist University is a unique university that integrates academic training with Christian morals. The university is committed to ensuring that her students not only get the best academic training in their respective fields of study but is also particular about their religious life and ensure they maintain Christian values in their daily lives. Students are exposed to better teaching approaches to help them have an optimal classroom experience while in school. The university is also a research university, it is a coeducation university with a small student and staff population, the united Methodist University has very few international students and its student body is not very diverse. It offers full time undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs in her various colleges, some of which include; college of science and technology, the college of health sciences. The university admission process is also very competitive It runs a per semester academic calendar and provides good facilities to her students.
