Universidade de Belas

Universidade de Belas is one of Angola’s private universities, it was established in 2007 and it is located in the Luanda province of Algeria. The university contributes immensely to its immediate environment in several ways, it is involved in research to proffer solution to problems in Angola and the world. Belas University is committed to producing professional students in terms of theory and practical in their different fields of study, thus ultimately creating a lot of skilled personnel who will contribute to the national development of Angola, the university is involved in communities like blood donor activities, health fairs to their community amongst others. Belas University offers full time undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs in different fields of study. The university has about four faculties, which include the faulty of medicine, faculty of economics and social sciences amongst others. The university currently has a relatively small community with students and staff summing up to a couple of thousand individuals. The university students to staff ratio is quite healthy. Belas University admits local and international students without any form of segregation during the admission screening process, boys and girls are admitted based on merit. The university has a number of laboratories and well-furnished classrooms. It also has a good library. The campus is good for learning.
