University of Mindelo is a privately funded and managed university located in Cape Verde, the university was established in the early 2000s in a moderately populated town called Mineldo, as the name implies. The university is a full time institution that is funded and managed by private individuals, it is committed to research and collaborations with industry partners and other universities to achieve her research goals, the university is also committed to academic excellence and moral prowess of her students, students are trained to be excellent in their various fields of study. The University of Mindelo offers full time undergraduate and postgraduate facilities in several fields. The university is a coeducation university and it has no religious affiliation, the university has more local students than international students in it’s not large student population. University of Mindeleo has affordable tuition and good facilities, which are used to create an optimal learning experience for her students, some of these facilities include a library and several other facilities.
