Université Abdou Moumouni

Abdou Moumouni University is the first and currently the only university in Niger, the university was established in the late 1970s and is a full time publicly funded and managed university. The university is committed to raising the standards of education in the country and make her own contribution to the nation's economic development by producing skilled man power that can contribute to national development. The university is also involved in inter university research particularly in the areas of science and technology in order to identify potential solutions to her immediate environment, Africa and the world. Abdou Moumouni University offers full time undergraduate academic degree program in sciences and social sciences, it is also has a very diverse student body and community in general. The population is moderate, the university has no religious affiliation, it is a coeducational university. Admission into the Abdou Moumouni University is very competitive, tuition is moderate and the university offers good facilities in her campus to me her students comfortable, they include, library, recreation facilities, well-furnished classrooms, good roads and several others.
