Université Mohamed-Chérif Messaadia Souk Ahras is an Algerian university established in 1998. The university is one of the several publicly funded and managed universities in Algeria and is located in a town called Souk Ahras. Université Mohamed-Chérif Messaadia Souk Ahras since its inception has been committed to its mission of being a world class university using excellent education resources and teaching approaches to guide her students and give them all the knowledge and skills they need to be useful to both themselves and the society. The training is to make them able to make their relevant contribution to manpower development in the country and ultimately national development. The university since its establishment has had several achievement s and feats. University of Souk Ahras has about six faculties in several fields of study e.g. sciences, social sciences, agriculture, law arts and humanities and several others. The university has a medium sized student population with a relatively health staff population to meet the students’ academic needs.
