Women's University in Africa

Women's University in Africa located in Marondera, Zimbabwe. It Is a privately funded and managed university established in the year 2002. The university was founded for several reasons some of which include promoting gender equality in Zimbabwe and in Africa at large. The university is committed to providing quality education to her students and making use of effective teaching practices to her students so they can learn better. The university student body is focused on women as the name implies. Women’ university in Africa was also founded to promote human development of women in the country, so that they become skilled labor and can also contribute to the nation's development. The university runs on a number of core values, which include honesty, accountability, team work and several others. The university tuition varies ranging from about 1000 to 3000 Zimbabwean dollars, it varies depending on the academic field and degree type. The Women's University in Africa runs a per semester academic calendar it doesn’t have a large student population and it’s body is not very diverse. The university admits local and international students into her community. It offers full time undergraduate academic program in several fields of study, one of which include agricultural science.
