University of Maiduguri

University of Maiduguri is a federal university located in the capital of Borno state, north east Nigeria. The university was founded in 1975. University of Maiduguri has a large student body we believe to be diverse. The university doesn�t make use of religious background, cultural background of age group as selection criteria for students who apply for admission. The university also has a large staff population.

University of Maiduguri like your typical federal university has a very low tuition so many can afford. The university offers various degrees in sciences, social sciences and other areas of study. Admission into this university is relatively competitive. The university has good college buildings, good roads, a library, electricity supply etc. students can decide to live off campus.
