Benson Idahosa University

Benson Idahosa University is a private Christian University located in Edo state southwest Nigeria, The University was renamed in honor of Archbishop Benson Idahoan in 1998, a popular pastor from that state. Benson Idahosa University was founded in 2002 when it was accredited by the National Universities Commission of Nigeria, The university offers varies degree programs at various levels in Agriculture, Law, Sciences, Arts, Management and social science.

The students are accepted from different parts of the country but however are mostly Christians. Admission into this university is relatively competitive. Its student staff ratio is about 10:1 . Benson Idahosa University school fees ranges from N800,000 - N900,000 and it has accommodation for its students.
